The orchestrator polls the agents in parallel - Jira ticket age, GitHub PR review latency, HiBob capacity - and merges the signals.
Ranked summary
You get a short brief at the top: top 3 risks, top 3 quick wins, anything blocking. Each item links to the source ticket or PR.
Recommended action
Every line ends with a 'next step' - re-route a review, split a ticket, unblock a developer - and the reason chain that produced it.
